Now Hiring - Sales Manager - Aviation Maintenance in Hillsboro, OR

Aero Air, a premier aviation company located at the Hillsboro, OR airport is seeking a Sales Manager for our Northwest Territory. This position will oversee and manage service center sales for Aero Air in a defined Northwest Territory. The sales manager is responsible for sales, quotations, and customer support activities within the Maintenance Sales department. The position requires excellent communication skills, aircraft service and inspection knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple customer support functions. Travel required as needed in support of the sales efforts.

Required Duties and Responsibilities - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the required duties and responsibilities.

• Manage sales of incoming sales calls, customer contacts and visits, quotations, and scheduling of service aircraft for maintenance from a defined territory. This will include existing and new customer account management.
• Assist sales with creating sales quotations and sales presentations as required.
• Review work orders prior to aircraft input to ensure the maintenance department is ready to receive the aircraft.
• Debrief with customer and Aero Air maintenance leads, as required, upon aircraft arrival and input of the aircraft to the Aero Air service center.
• Act as point of contact if needed for any work changes, discrepancy approvals or status communications with the customer.
• Review outside aircraft discrepancies daily, provide estimates and any schedule impacts with customer for the service aircraft.
• Review work order for proper sign off and invoice generation upon completion of all work.
• Perform final briefing and review of work with customer or crew at delivery.
• Maintain reliable, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Successful completion and favorable results of pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check.
• Adhere to all Aero Air policies and standards of conduct.
• Other duties as directed.

• Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Service-oriented and able to build productive professional relationships.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years Business Aviation related work experience required.
• Service Center Sales experience or equivalent experience in corporate aircraft maintenance services and support required.
• Valid U.S./state issued driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, beneficial but not required.
• A&P License beneficial but not required.
• Pilot License beneficial but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, speaking, and hearing.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Requires the ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
